Count Brona Feyranti, The Dark Prophet
Strength : -1 Dexterity : 2 Constitution : 0
Intelligence : -1 Size : 1 Charisma : 1
You are dressed normally, and feeling a bit peckish.
Courtesy of Lisaera:
You have been punished with the race of Maggot.
You gasp as Pestilence, Rider of the Apocalypse, descends on his maggot-covered
horse. He reaches out with one boil-encrusted hand to touch you, and you
immediately feel sicker than you thought possible.
You blur and slip through time as Lisaera approaches you.
Lisaera's attack rebounds off your magical shield.
Lisaera mutters and pokes Her index finger towards you and makes a hooking
gesture. Invisible energies slam against you, ripping apart your magical shield
of protection.
Lisaera leaps into the the air and launches a flying kick at you.
Lisaera connects painfully.

Lisaera leaps into the the air and launches a flying kick at you.
Lisaera connects painfully.
With a heavy overhand stroke, Lisaera slams a mystical quarterstaff of
sparkling sapphire down upon you. Your skull is smited with a resounding crack,
leaving your ears ringing and causing you to stagger.
The final blow is too much for you, and you fall to the floor a broken, bloody
mess.
You have been slain by Lisaera.
Your body begins the process of transforming into a lich.
Lisaera nods Her head emphatically.
The powers of Nil are yours and you drink deeply of the darkness, transforming
into the powerful form of a lich.
I'm posting this because it makes me laugh. Not to mention it took her about 6 hits to kill Brona while he was ENLIGHTENED with WHISPERING MADNESS

Heh, we were wondering. Thanks!
Unknown2005-01-02 01:29:44
You are correct. That is funny .
Heh, I didnt know you could go below 1 of any stat.

Innnnteresting.

Lisaera wasn't even trying. You're lucky she didn't pull her crazyass moonbeams down on you. Maybe she's weaker when inside, and when the moon is far from full?
Shiri2005-01-02 01:48:32
Nah, when the Moon's not full Dark Moon doesn't suck quite so much.
Lisaera2005-01-02 01:51:33
Actually for the kicks I was just messing around. I should have remembered at the time that you can STOMP maggots too...
Then I got bored and just used the staff.
I find it quite strange that you're pleased at death though. Even for undead that's kinda weird.

Yeah, he took it really well! Yay Brona!
Unknown2005-01-02 01:54:44
I wouldn't be laughing when the divine use kicks to kill you. *coughs*
Unknown2005-01-02 01:58:14
LOL hilarious. Stupid Brona
Shiri2005-01-02 02:02:53
Well I must say, -1 intelligence IS kinda stupid. Brona the Nihilist should meet my RL brother.
I for one am impressed by how well he's taken being stamped into the ground though. Did you get suspect on Lisaera at least?

Unknown2005-01-02 02:18:31
Actually, if Brona got suspect on Lisaera, he'd have vengence on her now. Wouldn't that be funny?
Anyway, of course I'm taking this well. This is a game. It's meant for fun. Brona is a heretic to the extremes. Going that direction as his title as GM permits. Heresiarch - an originator or chief advocate of a heresy
As a player I am accustomed to such actions as these in IRE games. Not just from my own expereince, but also from my friends as well. What I found amusing was the fact that Lisaera (the player) could get so wound up over a mortal's actions to the point where Lisaera (the character) could snap a few times to make herself look more like a Goddess of Quick thinking and Rash Acting.
Anyway, if you can't laugh at the hardships in life, you can't expect to ever truly be happy.
Also, I do not think it's cool that some Divine are spying on mortals and passing that information along to other mortals. I believe those that read this will know who I am speaking of. I will not name names, but it is quite cowardly an action.

A Goddess kicking someone to death? Got to be worth a few style points at least
Vengeance on the said Divine also sounds quite amusing, but I also think that it should not happen. Even so, it's probably not too hard for Divine to slay the Avatar..
Playing the all and out heretic is all very well, but it does make you seem like too much of an idiot at times. Probably the most annoying character in the realms in my opinion . Seems like from your perspective though, it must be quite fun to play. Probably get some very interesting attention, right?

If Lisaera used moonbeams, Brona could've pulled off "Twilight vs. rebounding". Goddess killed by maggot, that'd be the picture.

I thought it was going to be a Guido type fiction thing for a moment..
"You gasp as Pestilence, Rider of the Apocalypse, decends on his maggot-covered horse. He reaches out with one boil-encrusted hand to pick you up and add you to his collection."

I swear I didn't just hear you say that.
Actually, hmm, if Avechna holds the seals (he doesn't just watch them, he holds them, right?), it stands to reason that he's powerful enough to keep all the soulless bound. I think that would make him as strong as/stronger than an Elder God. Correct me if I'm wrong about the seals thing, I didn't really get that part of the histories too well.
Unknown2005-01-02 11:57:35
Avechna himself is probably strong enough to take an Elder God, but I dunno about Avatars. Avatars aren't his full power, just a fragment. Since you don't need the full shabang to kill a little mortal.
And well done, Lisaera. I thought that Pestilence thing was only the attack of Sartan in Achaea. I didn't really care much about my Mhaldorian character, and he said, "Yo Sartan" on the channel. Then that happened.

Shiri2005-01-02 12:30:01
Oh yeah, good point. What happens if you kill an avatar though? Does Avechna get PO'ed someone lopped his middle toe or whatever off and come pwn you himself?
Murphy2005-01-02 12:52:25
-eye shiri- for use of the word pwn.
Avatars are invincible, we had one person get avenegered, and the city was casting reflections, chanting puella and the rest of them were fighting the avenger. after about 5-10 mins we got sick of it and the poor sap died.
Avatars are invincible which sucks

Yeah, I really shouldn't use that word. *cough* Sorry.
And yeah, but that's not to say that a Divine couldn't beat up an avatar if He/She got vengeanced on.
Oh, and it doesn't suck, since what you're basically saying is that people should be able to "kill" an issue.
