One day as Raezon is mucking about, experimenting on the latest and greatest idea in his head... he encounters an odd bottle He'd left behind before vacationing in the void.

"Ahh, what is this I wonder?" and so asking Himself said question, He pops the bottle open. Sadly enough poor readers, the bottle happens to contain a small God of the Soulless that bounds about in joy that He's free again.

"Hrm, this can't be good," Raezon mentions to Himself as He chases after the wayward minor Soulless. Finding a window, the little Soulless rockets himself outward and straight into the portal of Fates while the Ladies are at lunch. Looking at all the pretty threads, he starts chomping away at them and the threads seem to stretch and thin as Raezon mutters. Borrowing the Fates' tools he weaves a nice little sack in which He snags the Soulless and puts Him back into the bottle and goes back to His experiments innocently, or knowingly unaware of the forthcoming events.

*time passes and Serenwilde and Magnagora go to war over a four-leaf shamrock*

Serenwilde Person A has been slain by Magnagora Person B.

Serenwilde Person A (Adam) approaches the portal and winces as he notices the fact that the thread is fraying. In fact he has little time to even formulate a thought in his head before the thread snaps ending the Fates discussion as to whether to cut it and Adam just pops out of existance.

*more times passes*

(Serenwilde) Auseklis: I've been waiting on Adam to finish up this planting, where did he wind up going?
(Serenwilde) Daisy: Umm Lord, we haven't seen him in some time, can you check on his soul?
(Serenwilde) Auseklis: WHAT IN THE NINE SEALS?! He doesn't exist anymore!

Auseklis shouts, "Who's been mucking around with the mortal coil?"

The Fates shout, "Urm, they seem to be a little weakened, they keep snapping."

Raezon shouts, "In my professional opinion, I think mortals should attempt to avoid death because for some reason the threads are weaker nowadays."

... and thus death became much more important in Lusternia.

I'm scared of dying now

Our characters get deleted if we die too much? Gadzooks. *snicker*

I think Estarra'd destroy me if I ever managed anything along these lines, so yes it was just a fun event that would never happen but I concocted when thinking what fun new things I could do.

Quite giggle worthy. It would serve some folks right who treat death like nothing special though.

If dying was made harder (read: killing me made less easy) then I'd have no problem with this, actually...So long as my OOC credits/lessons magicked their way to my next character

Unfortunatly true here... I'm going to fail this semester because of lusternia... but its a good thing i promise! Only problem is i have to go to a boarding school in St. Louis Missouri next year, and they dont allow computers, they have labs there, but its not as fun as with zmud... I suppose i might take a usb rod with zmud on it and go at it everynight at two in the morning like i usually do.

Get a tmobile sidekick, it has a telnet client, allowing you to Mud from anywhere! Heh, you wouldn't want to actually do it though, to laggy, and to hard to type.

The funniest thing was the idea that I'd be worried about planting.

I joined a mud that was actually like that once. It makes people think about what they are doing more.

Last time I had to visit the fates they chased me off with a pitch fork for making comments about their weaving!
