I like the ideas..hm but if you read in the Histories the Pyromancers were headed Gorob Iborochi calls the person leading the Riders 'his champion'.
Id suppose that as a General Gorob leads a Warrior group, Scuchidira was the leader of the Pyromancers, she sent her own units in later.
Dith we know led the Illuminati, their Guardian archtype. Seems to fit *shrug*Guadiguch, Magnagora technically and Celest are the only places we hear of having an actual full-fledged warrior group. Even if you look at the Hallifax survivors they carry with them staffs that seem to give electricity (its been awhile so I may have the electricity bit wrong). The Nomads use mostly weapons, though some know how to use Beastmastry to bend the Wakabis and Sandojin to help along with the Hand quests.

I think Estarra probably has designed the Pyromancy skillset already, since that day she had to convince Sarapis that her idea of a Mud was a good one
