I am unconvinced that is the best course of action. In fact, so much so that I believe I'm going to make another appearance on the episode, as a special guest star. Hold your horses, and if you're town and voted for no lynch, unvote so we can strategize more. I'm probably getting nightkilled for this, so make it count, goddammit. And Rika, if I rez you, please cover my ass.

You can resurrect someone again? I thought you said it was a one-shot power?

TILT GUITAR!!
The star power of Akeley gives you the ability to transfer a power from someone dead to someone living.
(Keep in mind that anyone can only do one power per a night.)

I take it you can choose to put the power of a dead person into a living person, Akeley?

Well, after catching up with two pages, and learning that Llesvelt isn't completely sure he's a normal doctor

So we have a doctor now?

Llesvelt was never a doctor, but rather an investigator. Perhaps.
Ilyssa2011-07-31 23:42:02
That's what I meant, yes, sorry. >.>

Well, I'm probably making someone Akhmed so they can protect me until tomorrow, since I'm confirmed town and have a pretty decent power, but since I'm not positive who's town and who isn't, I'm gonna wait. My initial feelings tell me to go with Xikue or Bali. Advice?
Jack2011-07-31 23:59:00
Anyone but Bali, please. I'd go with Ssaliss, if it were me.

Well hel-frelling-o. Looks like we've got a shot at the scummy thoddos after all. Frelling dramatic turnabout there.
A mass-claim might not be bad, but only if it helps root out the scum faster than they pick their shots. Still eyeing Jack.

Looking's free, but oh, to taste will cost you

Giving someone the doctor role is slim pickings, really. Bali apparently has a power that he will use. Llesvelt has an investigative power. You have your power. That leaves me, Xikue, Jack, Ilyssa and Phoebus (who hasn't posted in quite some time, I believe) as potential candidates.

Phoebus is at a con with friends for the weekend.
Ssaliss2011-08-01 00:11:01
Ah, yes, she did make a post about that. The point is still valid though; giving her a power might mean she's not around to use it, if it's short notice.

To Jack, go and pretend to be raunchy, I'm still on to you.
Yotz. I take back what I said about the mass-claim. If done really frelling smartly, a mass-claim might help Akeley decide who's the new doctor. Done first, it'd also prevent some thoddo from going, "I'm the new doc! Don't lynch me!" and provoking more face-palming. However, with Phoebus missing-in-action, it gives the scum an opening to exploit. Unless Phoebus comes back, I think a mass-claim will hurt more than help.

If it helps you make up your mind, I'm simply Background Character #4. I have no powers, nor any real point.
Unknown2011-08-01 14:48:43
