Surely you jest! A Moondancer, you say, and they can type, spell, and...they understand English, and can even teach it a little.
Yes, this must be a grand joke.

They taught us this stuff in the first grade. It's the basics of reading and writing. But then, I was reading before I was in Kindergarten. Hmmm... And yet, I have a hard time with arithmetic. It must be that left side, right side of the brain thing that scientists are always going on about.
Look, I've stolen my own thread! Beat that, Shiri!

I've stolen my own thread multiple times before, don't worry.
And yes, you'd THINK they'd teach you this in year 1, but you'd be AMAZED by the sheer amount of people that play text MUDs without actually knowing how to spell, or use proper grammar, in English. I don't even mean foreign people. Mostly just Americans.

It's not THAT great. We say it -more- normally than you guys, if anything.
Incidentally, just to prove a point for me, how do you guys say
Achaea
Aetolia?
Do you have it like..."a-KAY-ah" and "ay-TOL-ya", or is the "AY" sound replaced by "EE"?

I say it A-Kay-Ah and ER-TO-LI-A
I pronounce AE, OE, UE like they are with umlaut.

"Ack-ee-uh" and "Uh-toll-ee-uh".
I commend you for using proper English. Most people can't.

"Me fail English? That's unpossible!"
