If you want the good defenses, you should be paying the costs for them, just as it was intended. Using the arena for this is exploiting a loophole, in my opinion.

I agree with that as well actually, not being able to use the arena for cheap defs means less fully-deffed up celestines roaming our villages, so it NEEDS to be fixed! -roar-

Says the man who was issued for abusing the arena to heartstop (thus gaining full willpower) after a day of straight ghosting, only to go out and do it again, then head to the arena and heartstop, only to go out and do it again... and so on ad nauseam.

Psh, I see the EXTORTIONATE rates of the arena as 'paying for defs'. There's no reason people shouldn't be able to spend 300-500 gold and 10 minutes preparatory time to get full defences up.

I've always seen those extortionate rates as paying to fight and die without losing experience. wink.gif

I could be off-base.

Feh, I never got a reply from the divine while I kept doing it, only way afterwards I received a message that the willpower/endurance regain after arena is fixed, and that I wouldn't get punished for it cause I couldn't know it was a bug or not intended cool.gif .
