I wonder, about what's the average CR now in Celest and Magnagora? Because out of 17 commune members, when influencing started, our HIGHEST was me. EVERYONE else was CR1, with like 3 CR2s. And I'm CR3. Later, ONE CR4 showed up, Gwylifar. Is it similar for the cities, or are we just dodgy on the old communefavouring?
Drago2005-01-17 02:13:34
You're just dodgy on commune favoring.
Unknown2005-01-17 02:14:08
I'm CR3. There are about six CR6 people. One Lord (CR4). And a lot of fellow noblepeoples.
Unknown2005-01-17 03:06:29
We do need more people favoured, and there are MANY who deserve it so the excuse of handing out favours like candy does not stand. Shiri, you should be higher than CR3 in my opinion; you are always doing SOMETHJING for the Commune.
Unknown2005-01-17 03:09:17
A lot of people need favours for past things since the first day the game opened. I'm done waiting though.. I'm just going to start poking the leaders hard.
Unknown2005-01-17 03:28:09
I've tried that - the poking - it got me no where. I did make a news post that seemed to get a lot of people favoured though (well, the names I mentioned in their all seemed to get added to then to-favour list). But, no luck for myself.

Perhaps you need something similar to this:

This project was made to list all people in the city who at the time,

not always be as easy as just donating gold or some such thing. Favours
show true dedication and hard work.

attention. I'll hurt anyone who favours him again when he hasn't earned
it.)

Ah, the infamous 'Project 22'.
Unknown2005-01-17 03:53:50
The infamous project 23 needs updated also, I think
Gregori2005-01-18 13:41:08
That is a good idea Silvanus, problem is. Communes can't make projects. I attempted it when I was first elected because I said we needed something like that.

What is that, a hint that communes aren't meant to ever actually accomplish anything?
Unknown2005-01-18 22:40:05
Heh well guilds in the Commune can make projects, seems odd that the Commune itself can't.
Niara2005-01-18 23:53:36
Well, I can only favour once per rl-day and cr6 isn't as effective as GR20 so it takes a while for people to get to CR4.
Gwylifar2005-01-19 03:33:53
If communes can't make projects, that should be bugged. No reason they shouldn't be able to. But the same thing could be done in other means, and in fact we have a perpetual thing in our logs saying something like this. Though I have many times noticed someone noted in the logs as needing a CF and then never getting one -- even me once -- but I didn't say anything because, well, it's none of Gwylifar's business.
Fain2005-01-19 18:20:17
Communes can create projects if they contact their lazy Patrons
Unknown2005-01-19 20:25:00
Right, but why should a patron have to set it? Seems bothersome on your part.. unless updating it can be done once the patron sets it, but then it's just silly at that point.
Same thing about ministers not being able to make CHELP files, unless that has been updated.
