They're totally screwed in that case. Then again, most classes have stuff to counter it, all of Serenwilde has spores, there's ghost, catacombs, trueheal, not sure about aquamancer bubble/liquidform.

Hey, I may be big and slow, but I'm not the biggest! Igasho are much larger. Also, web and hangman are kinda useless against us big guys because its quicker for us to Burn away the webbings nomatter how many times you do it. Atleast if your smart about it, which anyone who has these large disavantages has to be.

i.e. I writhe, but if its getting massive and something big is about to happen, I can just burn and dash.

Bubble and Liquidform only work inside your demesne, making them pretty pointless for escaping.

They'd be nice if they worked outside of it.

Yeah i agree that demesne summon shouldn't work while you are flying, that is rather silly and illogical.

Do note however Amaru, that i did nothing there an aquamancer couldn't do (even to the point where i used icewalls instead of stonewalls) they have summon too and can make staues etc etc, so by comparison Geomancers ARE indeed weak compared to aquamancers.

Note: I was doing the statue thing because Ethelon showed a lot of magnagorians how effective summoning into a statue could be, so I thought I'd try it and show celest how powerful it can be.

What the heck, how does a fused rune on the ground hit you in the air? I'm pretty sure none of the other demesne effects do that except the ones designed to bring down or hit flyers like Typhoon and Lodestones.

Ravin, you seem to forget I used the Statues when fighting against multiple people. If I was only after one person I usually go to them to handle things. That day you died to them you had a group with you most of the time and when you didn't was when you had your demesne all the way to the room with the statue.

what about when you were just ranodmly summoning people during influencing? That was pretty rough.

Aquamancers dont do it because I have set to see an aquamancer with a large enough demesne or the organisation to do it. I have been demesne summoned to the pool of starts before as well mind you, but I was already in celest trying to taint it so it wasn't illegal.

edit: i was using it against people trying to break my demesne, and having a statue there more than makes up for my total lack of a usefull demesne

If you check the other thread, you'll see Annabelle do the -exact- same thing to Silvanus and Torak, as Ravin did to you, except she had city guards as well to make it easier cause she demesne summoned them from spectre isle right into the pool of stars..."Aren't bitches and don't do it" you said? I think this thread is made void.

Ravin, during Village influencing I was on the North side of Celest where there are no statues because I was pulling you guys one at a time and don't need a statue to assist me

ICLY I found it to be cheap nasty and annoying with the summoning out of delport. Its kind of rough that you can just sit there and go mag fishing all day while we influence, you should've come in a joined the fun (which to your credit you did at the end)

I know you dont like group combat but meh I don't like having to remeld every time I get into the realms.

OOCLY I saw it work very well in splitting us up, and got you a fair few kills, its just persistence I guess.

Yeah, I think I got around 13 kills alltogether and after you made that comment to me IC about not doing it in the village I did go and have my fun there. I never did use a statue though, I stayed atleast 3-4 rooms away from the nearest statue. I just hate trying to fight one person and having an entire group roll in and get the last hit to kill....it happens so much and happened a few times in Delport actually. Thus the reason I was summoning people out of Delport, that and it is a very good way to break apart groups.
