Doh. I didn't realise family names needed to have capitals! *didn't think of possibly Delportoise names like....d'Elisseu or whatever else* So now I'm Nejii talnara. How stupid-looking. I issued myself, so if I'm really lucky I won't have to wait 2 years and 25,000 gold again for a one letter case change, but fair warning - DO NOT FORGET CAPITALS!

They should auto-cap... And with names that have a ' as the second character, they shouldn't.

Skyla made the same mistake with the Sayelle family. She issued herself, and it was promptly fixed at no cost.

Yay, and me too. Thanks guys! Really though, it was odd, I'm normally so good with putting capitals in the right place. I start all my says with, "Eh, why not?" even though I don't have to. JUST this one time it mattered.

This has actually happened quite a few times now, so We've put a special warning in the family helpfile that you must capitalise your family name when founding it.

*cough* ...um...sorry. Don't know how I missed that. *doh*

Hmmm, if I'm reading this right, this is good for me because my family name is meant to be non-capitalized (llyrFarathan) and I was afraid the system was going to force me to capitalize the first l. (Because the "Llyr'Farathan" syntax is so overdone.)
