I've always wanted housing here, and now I finally have it. I also always wanted a tradehall, a family house, and one other thing that may come to pass one day... Now I have the way to do it.

I have the outline for this huge undertaking, and I now am putting out a call to people. Especially those with credits, that wish to join in this endeavor.

To merchants: I'm always looking for trans merchants for the merchant's guild, but we have a few inactive members, and some slots have remained open. If you're trans a tradeskill, and are excited by the idea of having a tradehall, -and- can function well with everyone/provide for the general betterment of the clan, contact me.

To Carthans, and future Carthans:
We're getting a place to live, simple as that. We're rather short on Carthans right now, and I'm being extremely selective about who I let in. I mean, after Aris, who wouldn't be? *noogie* If you're interested in large amounts of RP as a Carthan, and want to pitch in for the house, or your own room(s) even, contact me.

To Rogues:
I have large plans for us, but make sure you're able to help out with funding if you're going to contact me about the manse.

Lastly, to everyone else that ever wanted a place to live, but doesn't want to fork over 350k:
I'm allowing certain people thier own spots in my manse, thier own rooms, etc. Don't think of it as a house, think of it as a new world, or a city. And go read the books on Myst, or play the game: this has some huge possibilities.

I'm creating room descriptions right now, a map, and I know how this will all work. All these are going to fit together seamlessly... If anyone wants to know about project deepnight (and yes, has some funding to back it up, no poor people trying to mooch or ask too many questions), contact me.

Dark tendrils of energy reach down from the sky above, and without warning a putrid gale overtakes the Basin of Life.

The project has started, and we're doing well. Part of the temple and the Carthan quarters have been built, and I hope to see the beginnings of The Aethercity Deepnight, and some of my merchant's guild area. As before, if you'd like a private room, its 150k (50cr), or if you pitch in for the general construction fund, you get access to the city, and induction to the clan.

All I can say is... wheeeeeee

Anyone is welcome to check this project out. We're getting more rooms soon, and I've knocked the price down that outsiders have to pay. 140k for a private room (less than you can get yourselves) and no 350k first room fee.

A sort of community. I have my main area, and some people want apartments or whatnot in the place. Its all in public 259... Not attempting to replace any cities or whatnot, just have fun and have multiple people living in one manse.

Best part for me was the idea that after Richter puts so much work into it, that a little novice comes along and unleashes the taint. But it would've been funnier if after the soulless was unleashed, the newb had shouted, shout, "HAHAHAH I OWNZ YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!1111111111"

Descriptions are being worked on, as I'm real busy, and the list of people that have donated or want to grows every day. Somewhere in the 20's now.

Get some forests in the place and my Elfen might buy himself a spot, once he makes some money.

Garden-like rooms are being worked on, with one or two being ethereal-forested.
