Can I buy a room box and use it in Richter's Manse? It makes no sense for two seperate Manses to be the Carthan Estate, however, I wanna be able to change around my Aetherbubble when I want.

No, you can only use a box in a manse you own.

Since Aris' question got answered, I'll hijack the thread for one of my own: Supposing rifts end up allowed in manses, will only those with permission to enter the manse (assuming the rift is in the fulcrux, I suppose) be able to use that rift? In other words, would the rift work like a door, with permissions able to be set?
