That episode's cool, if I remember correctly. Gaara has like...the best backstory of all the characters. Oh and maybe Neji.

A noble freedomfighter, he joined the Mist country's ninja school against the odds and his environment. Although he was passing with excellent grades, a burning spirit of romantic freedom rose up in him, and he tried to assassinate the tyrant - Mizukage. Unfortunately, he failed, and had to run away from the evil tyrant's henchmen, followed only by a group of his precious friends (like the Demon Brothers, or 'I am a boy' Haku), who'd give their lives for him - and vice versa. And so, we enjoy the dramatics of the situation of the noble warrior, as his conditions force him to work for low scum like Gatou - yet, his dream still lives inside the burning soul, ready to be realised... then Kakashi & co pop in and mess everything up - good job Naruto, another dream shattered.
