Doubtful. Even if so, I think that'd be a denizen. Otherwise, it'd be a major case of imbalance/favouritism.

Not really. If evey city were able to raise at least one Vernal God, it is pretty equal. Though I don't think Vernal gods should just be raised, there should be a purpose related to events happening in realms. Just like in histories, where the Princess turned into a Vernal to stop the Emperor.

I think it would be awesome to see some more RP-oriented divine. I know most of the divine here are often heavily bogged in admin work, so while a Vernal God could help them with that, I think they ought to be more of an RP/player oriented divine. Less admin work, more city conflict/player work.

And, of course they'd be over-powered. They're demi-gods.

Heh. If you have noticed by now, every Vernal God has sacrificed themselves to fight a great wrong (unless there is a Vernal God hiding in a closet somewhere. So, probably any emergin Vernal Gods should stick to the same tradition. Have a few years of glory then... it is turning into a seal to reinforce Avenger, time On that point forward, Vernal Gods could be animated seals attached to Avenger, capable of talking and maybe healing worshippers

I wasn't thinking Divine like administrator, I was thinking superhuman with very limited admin stuff. And it wouldn't be your character leaving and you joining up as a new god, it would be like, uh... Vernal Richter, Avatar of Might.
