Can someone tell me the difference between these thing objects? The reason being that we have both in Deep Blue Cathedral, and I'm not sure which one is the thingie a preacher gets behind and talks about stuff.

Preacher stands on the pulpit but behind the lectern, generally. A lectern is a pedestal for a book.
