I'm drinking some tea while I'm doing some history homework (Since that packaged hot chocolate is crap. I should've made my own, but uhm.. work is due in a few hours) and I was wondering how you all drink your tea, if you do. (No, I'm not English. I like tea. )
I put some honey in it, but not really much. It's pretty much its original flavor, which isn't saying much since I just made it, but I don't know. I want to maximize the experience.
Wish it was simple as coffee...

If I'm drinking tea, then make it white with no sugar, not too much milk.
But usually, it's strong black coffee, with no sugar. That's a pick-me-up!
Oh, and I'm British, too (Welsh, not English).

The whole milk thing is new to me. So uhm... teeeeeeach me. Or explain a little? Maybe that's why I don't like it plain.

I don't drink coffee. At all. Can't stand the taste or smell of it.
I love tea. Tea tea tea tea tea.
Sometimes (note, most days it's only a fraction of this, although I ALWAYS have my evening tea before writing), I'll have a cup of black tea in the morning, some milk and honey in it. A cup of white or green tea in the afternoon, usually plain or tiny bit of honey. An herbal tea in the evening after work, or one (or two) cups of green tea, plain, before writing (although I've gotten really partial to infused green teas lately, like a 'blueberry breeze', blueberry flavor added to a package of green tea leaves).
Edit: But yeah, I think I go through... fifteen to twenty cups of tea a week, easily.

Usually just a little honey for me.
Unknown2005-02-02 01:39:58
I have mine with a teaspoon of honey. I know Lyren and I drink the same kind of tea (Celestial whatsitwateat Seasonings).
I just started drinking tea...like...2 days ago.

Hm, I drink all sorts of teas - the Celestial whatever is for sleeping, I like Earl Grey in the mornings, mint when I can get it in the afternoons..there's a farmer's market near where I stayed in Pennsylvania a couple times, and one of the stalls sold all sorts of exotic teas, so I bought five or six bags of "Russian Spice", "Irish Medley" and so forth - I have those when I'm feeling experimental. Sugar vs honey depends on whether I'm trying to sleep or not, I've yet to try milk..
There you go, more than you probably ever hoped to know about my tea drinking habits.

Tea is only good straight. Milk and the like makes it taste like poison. Coffee is only good in two forms. Black, and with a teaspoon of sugar, or white with three sugars for those 'Sonnova, fiveminutestillworkmustgofaster'. Blar. Honey makes tea taste like porridge to me, somehow.

Chai counts as tea? If so then I have a bottle of chai syrup that I toss in some milk and microwave from time to time. Most commonly drink white with 2 1/2 sugars, or black with four if there's no milk (I have a very sweet tooth). I'll also have lemon tea or sometimes lemon and honey tea if I have a sore throat or a cold, and drink green tea in profuse amounts when it's free (went to Vietnam over Christmas/New Year's and drank insane amounts there).
So yeah, I drink a lot of tea.

Yes Chai is tea. That crappy syrup you drink however is not. When I tried to show you the wondrous beauty and deliciousness that is chai you went out and bought the equivalent of a 2.00 hooker.
Shame.. Shame.. Shame on you.

Gah! You've GOTTA go out and get the real stuff and make it just right. It kinda looks like coffee if it's made right. Then go out and buy itty bitty toffe chip cookies, the kind that are all crispy and dunk away. Mmmmmmm.

Bah, no tea... Coffee, black, light, expresso, what ever, as long it has caffine. Hammerheads are great!!!
Then there is red bull, and the such.
