second of all... cattle/livestock/bovines/walking hamburgers/cows/bulls/oxen/steer/Daisy/udder butter/free milk/ its all the same thing. Only a farmer could tell them apart.

I'm still confused as to how the Japanese have foxes saying "kitsu." Even given that the "u" is devoiced. Does anyone else not get that? Are foxes just different in Japan to England? 'cause I have heard foxes and they do not go "kitsu." 0_o

Defintately not. They are not the same thing. Domesticated bovines may be referred to as bovines, cattle, livestock to generalize... but bull, cow, ox, steer are terms used to: categorize the bovine by gender, categorize the bovine by function.

And it is amazing... only a farmer can tell the difference between a bull and a castrated one? Between a milk cow and a bull? Nope.

But if you are of the few who keep away from livestock, nor are concerned about cattle ranching then of course you may not tell em apart. But believe me... don't call them walking hamburgers. The meat is quite different too. Especially depending on what cut you serving and from what bovine.

My hamburgers are only made with 100% cow.

But your right, there are many different types of cow. The ribs cow, the t-bone steak cow, the flank cow, the tongue cow. And All very tastey.

Lets see.. Breeding bulls are kept separate so, they don't get in the heifers (Thats one you forgot Des .. Heifer, female cow before being bred).
My favourite cows are the Farmers Union cows.. They make the best ice coffee

I think they mean the milk is added to the coffee and makes it good. Oh, and I have personal experience in this.. Foxes, they nip, they growl, they howl, they cry, and basically make about any sound between a dog and human child of extremely young age. They also have some of the sharpest canine teeth I've ever experienced.
