You know... I always wanted an arts cartel. What's stopping us from being able to design new pipes, or different tinderboxes, etc?

I suppose if anyone ever put any real thought into this, we'd need some more customizeable arts skills, but it's a neat idea right now.

Arts is 100% public, so theres no real way to organize it. However, I think your right and there should be one art cartel that everyone can vote on and allow people to make other types of art cartels. THe problem probabbly comes into play since the code right now probably just looks at which skill you have.
