Eh, pokemon just wasn't that good a game. Nor, I found, was Azure dreams, but that was just because the "every time you go rest start the fscking thing again" thing annoyed the heck out of me...Vagrant story was awesome, but too complicated, and I hated how you needed to have like 50 weapons or the odds are the monsters would be resistant to SOMETHING. I forgot about Lufia 2, didn't like Lufia, but the second one ruled.

I want Vagrant Story 2 though. The ending to the first one was all open and stuff.

In an RPG, I really want to immerse myself, which is why FF is kicking butt imo, due to voice acting, etc. A good story that you can immerse yourself into. Battle mechanics are nice, but I don't want them to be the key part of the game.

Yeah, I find that less in RPGs these days though...but, I mean, Chrono Trigger. I cried at the end of that. (Yes, I am really really lame. ...I was like 12 though, so it's not AS bad. )

I liked the Suikoden series (I haven't played the 4th yet). Um... what else (Something that isn't Square. )

There aren't many good games lately, but that's my opinion. I need Final Fantasy 12 to restore my faith in the series (I liked X-2. *sides with the girls...*), and I'm thinking about buying the latest Ys game this month.

I really enjoyed Fable on the XBox. Also Champions of Norrath, Baldur's Gate, and The Bards Tale are really good games for the PS2.

Yes, I want Advent Children. Ugh, when is it coming :/, my friend and I are obsessed with it. *watches trailer again*. The sucky thing for me is, I tend to get stuck in Final Fantasy games and then give up. Which reminds me that I'm about 60% of the way through FF7 and halfway through FF8 I think I'll play tomorrow, or late tonight. But I always cry at endings. Always.

..That came out very long. Pokemon, I must say, is addictive. It's actually a pretty fun game, it just has that negative "for five year olds" connotation. But I must admit Pokemon Snap was good fun, especially throwing apples at the little charmanders as they swarmed you

I just started listening to my Chrono Cross OST also...please tell me that someone agrees it's one of the best ever.

I think Desdemona mentioned Dark Cloud. That's a great game, but I really don't think it's actually an RPG. There's a story to it, but it's basically running around collecting parts of villages. It's fun though, considering I'm one of those people who loves decorating and organizing ^^;.

Among the worse RPG's I'd have to say Okage : Shadow King. I always get impatient when I play it for some reason.

Uggh....my sworn enemy of a series! I actually enjoyed it, but started Dark Cloud 2 and got right to the end...next day my memory goes haywire and deletes the game. So, alright, I play the ENTIRE game again and get right up to the end and...BLIP...power surge massacres my memory card. I traded the thing in at EB the next day for a game filled with massive violence.

I just borrowed Star Ocean: Till the End of Time today, and have begun to toy with it a little bit. Not bad, but the combat system is a little funky for me. *sigh* Damn you Squaresoft, how much money must you take from me for you games!

My biggest complaint about X-2 was the differing endings you could get, and the questions left by the better one. I did the 100% completion ending and Tidus comes back...but WTF? I heard rumours they might be doing an X-3, and as long as they keep selling they could tag it on more and more to that one world. There are huge fansites to it, (much like their other games) but it's crazy the popularity of it Japan. My brother works/lives in Tokyo and it is absolutely nuts with the Final Fantasy X posters still selling like hotcakes.

In the future, we'll see 'Final Fantasy, X-98 - Sin is back, and has Yuna's birth control pills' or something similar. *mumble*. Anyway. I'd also like to add in Ultima 7, Serpent Isle and Black Gate. *drools*.

And.. uhm.. please dont hurt me.. UO on Siege Perilous server, back when the only expansion was the Second Age. It was like BG, but, you know, better. Since people actually made an effort to RP, and it wasnt 'Yeah, getting a new XBOX tommorow' at the bank or 'ZOMGWTFBBQ FORSYTHE IS A SCAMMER! HE STOLE FROM ME USING CODE! HE HAXXORED ME! PICK POCKET IS NOT A SKILLZ!' or stuff like that. Now, whoever created the game needs to be set on fire, then shot repeatedly. Then, buried face down with cars driven across the grave. In a forest. And the forest is set fire to. So noone may find out where that evil rests and can use it.. Right.

Ultima: Exodus and the one after that (the Avatar gig) were two of my first ever Nintendo games. Ultima 6 was probably one of the first computer games that I totally destroyed.

Oh no, that was the very much abridged version. You must truly watch the full secret ending to understand the heights of saying WTF?!?! Actually, if you have beaten the game once, don't go for that ending. NOT WORTH IT. Almost everyone who got it have agreed on that point... *goes back to one hand Lusternia while playing Star Ocean with the other hand*

Yes!!! SUIKODEN IS GREAT. I do need to buy the 4th. God.. I played the others so I might as well. The Tales series is good too. Get the Dejap thingy if you've never played uhm.. whatever the SNES one is called. Arche is dirty!

And gah, I'm sorry Devris, but Xenosaga made me mad. I beat it in 30 hours. I beat Xenogears is like.. 80-90? (I messed around a lot, but still...) Monolith Soft better not have screwed up Xenosaga 2 (I heard they did, but meh.)

And off topic, but Devil May Cry 3 better not disappoint either.

I can't wait to play Dirge of Cerberus and Crisis Core. Gods, maybe I can even get my hands on Before Crisis eventually.
