The one thing I like about Achaea is the gotohelldie emote.

Yea, I really liked that emote. There a couple achaean emotes it would be nice to have in Lusternia.
I never played imperian/aetolia, but are there any emotes there people would like in Lusternia?
EDIT: Spelling...
Shiri2005-02-05 19:45:50
The idea was to cut down on the emotes people didn't use seriously.
Like...tackle. And stuff.

Gwylifar2005-02-05 22:44:07
When I find an emote I can't do without, I make an alias, but I still wish I had the emote. In Aetolia, -hidegrin- and -wrinkle- were two of the main ones I find myself wishing I had here.
Shiri2005-02-05 22:46:20
Yeah, I keep seeing you do those and trying to work out what the syntax is, d'oh.

What's wrong with having emotes people don't use often? It just makes them more unique and cool when people actually do use them. I think we should have like a trillion emotes. Some that I think would be nice would be ones for giddy, yippee, shrimp, sweet, crazy, and tons more. I should make an emote wishlist thread... Hmm...

Tip: "tackle" is the command for an attack.
Anyway, what's wrong with having a ton of emotes?

hey, good Idea, Istinuse! *grin* *cough*post copier*cough*
Unknown2005-02-06 04:59:07
Not a copier, she was supporting your idea.
They need to remove only emotes such as "ROFL", and other ones that would seem peculiar if someone actually did it in real life. They shouldn't use internet jargon, goddammit.

Eirene was right - I was copying to add some substance to an otherwise incomplete post idea. It was almost good enough to post, but not quite.
And I'm not a 'she' dammit.

Bleh, sorry. I was thinking about what you are, but I couldn't find it anywhere -- so I went with "she". I have no idea why I didn't do he/she though.
"Isntinuse" sounds like a female's name, but the more I look at it, the more it looks like a shortened "Isn't in use", and not a fantasy name.
Unknown2005-02-06 06:19:15
Ding ding ding! It's three seperate words.
I can't imagine even trying to pronounce it as one.

I just say "ISH-tin-oos." or something. Pretending that n is a h.

I just ignored the n completely: "ist-in-oos".

Oh, I know it makes no RP sense. In fact, I'm glad its not on Lusternia.
Its the best way to tell someone you've stopped caring about their argument (or them) its a fairly poor way to admit you've lost an argument as well *chin*
