Another intelligent and well-thought out post, thank you for that, Raan.
Matter of fact, Rhysus isn't doing too bad, don't think many people can do it better, in his situation, his city's situation and his position.

Oh, im sure hes doing a good job by your standards Thorgal, but then you have proved that your standards cant exactly be counted on.
Thorgal2005-02-06 17:47:57
My standards? Which do you think they are?
Raan2005-02-06 17:48:57
Who knows...? Who cares...? As far as I see you your a traitor, a sell out, nothing more.
Thorgal2005-02-06 17:50:11
Harr, at least I'm someone, unlike yourself.
Raan2005-02-06 17:51:25
Ooooooo burn... school yard insults befit you Thorgal.
Thorgal2005-02-06 17:54:08
I think so too! Now let's stop cluttering this thread little finkslayer. Has nothing to do with the topic.

Uh, Raan? I'm noticing some slight inconsistencies here...

Burn again... YAY! IM A LITTLE MAN!
Raan2005-02-06 17:56:24
Im pointing out that Thorgal is the type who would run with his tail between his legs to who ever had the most firepower. In other words, hes a coward, and will take whichever side has the potential to protect him the most.

Um...Guys? This is just getting dumb. Sorry Raan, were you even present? We were going to influence Southgard regardless of whether Magnagora was even there. When Magnagora arrived, we even fought WITH the Seren against them. But, you know, when Magnagora decided to kill only Seren, and, guess what, the Seren were still attacking -us-...The situation became untenable at best. So the orders were issued not to get involved. We stuck to influencing alone best we could. Was there an incident or two? Sure. But the same can be said of both sides, and punishments were doled out to those that made poor decisions.
Unknown2005-02-06 18:35:16
Um. Raan. Please do not launch into an anti-Rhysus campaign when you can barely write a coherent post.
Thank you.
Thank you.

The current issue within Serenwilde seems not be with Celest as much as Elaria. Several of us can accept Celest fighting for control of the village. What pisses us off is Elaria's actions in both Rockholm and Southguard.
Rhysus2005-02-06 18:55:22
Okay, well Elaria was punished, for the record, we certainly didn't condone her digging someone up in Southgard. I thought she was relatively cooperative in Rockholm from what I've heard though. Am I wrong in that?
Shiri2005-02-06 18:59:35
She was indeed MOST cooperative, Rhysus. In fact, she said that since there was no one there who could influence really, that we should take it.
The problems invested by said cooperation came later when Celest decided we'd gone against an agreement by taking Rockholm, DESPITE the fact Elaria had cooperated with us and said we could do it. So you're not wrong, no, but that was rather the problem.
EDIT: Incidentally, I'm curious. How was she punished?

It's all right, as long as he doesn't use them correctly.
Daevos2005-02-06 19:03:34
I dont believe that really happened, since both Jerah and Aether were there. They are both Celestian influencers and besides, Magnagora could not influence Rockholm because of the rule change. I also spoke to Tuek about it, and he told me specifically that Celest was not giving Serenwilde Rockholm, they were taking it.
