The only Hartstone Demesne there was Athana's. Athana was still rubbing her eyes from waking up and trying to figure out what was happening. -After- Celahir killed Nessa. No Hartstone Demesne was active until I told Athana on SEG to activate her Demesne.
Nessa did not have a Demesne until others had started breaking Athana's, and she was reforesting and melding to keep our forests there.
Once again, breaking a Demesne is a hostile action against a person. Let me attack one of your Aquamancers, and then have them break my Demesne. You will see for yourself.

Correct. Only the actual council can really say "You can take it." I logged in, found out that Rockholm had fallen, and the next thought was immediated "Treachery."

Wrong, a neutral village does not belong to Celest.
Celest's Council can say whatever they want. Celest's council however was not there.
