It's a $20 registration, and the random number button is to keep you from "automating" something to get rid of the window when you load MUSHclient. If I were really bored, I might have written a workaround that captures the window handle, hides the window, and then searches for the number text and matching button to send the click event. I've done it before, so it's doable. It's just not easier than paying the registration fee, which I did because MUSHclient is certainly worth it!

bleh...like I pay attention to things like 10 or 20 dollars...either are to much for an old man like me to afford....

So it's free for as long as I can tolerate the annoying window number click. Good, that's all I needed to know.
