You mean all four of our villages? That's my idea of fun, standing guard in a village for hours. It's not like we can kill him even if we managed to get into the room with him.
If you can't protect 4 villages, stop taking all of them! It's as simple as that. Your problems will all be solved if you just give some up.

And here I thought Auseklis and I drew people in because of Our inherent amazingness as Patrons.
Murphy2005-02-08 13:39:44
Pfff We all know that most of Serenwilde are Mhaldorians who wanted to be able tolaw the herb/elixir ban down on everyone else because we got so screwed in Achaea.
So far I've only found one other Mhaldorian in Magnagora apart from me.

Im far from Mhaldoran, and the Serenwilders I do know who are from Achaea are actually Cyrenian, um.... get a clue?

More or less accurate from what I've witnessed. I was Shallamese BTW.

It really doesnt matter what their former ties were in other realms. Truth is, all Murphy sounds like is a whiner who has run out of options but to whine. If you think there is a problem, continue to use valid points instead of ones that dont make a difference.
Furhter, I am sure I know who Murphy was I Achaea.. well.. possibly, and its odd, because I never thought it in his nature to whine in the first place.

Hmm... ill take that back... person I though Murphy was had a maturity level past grade school.
Typhus2005-02-08 15:43:48
One of the reasons cities seem to be losing people is the lack of want to stay there... Power loss or not, alot of the city governments _seem_ to be something that drives people away... And now that Serenwilde is getting their act together, the flip-flop flood is slowly being drawn in or creating alts there.
Thorgal2005-02-08 17:41:51
At the start, Serenwilde was the weakest organization, cause they didn't care about combat and were getting ripped to shreds by internal strife and arguments.
But like Typhus said, they're getting their stuff together now, they'll probably overrun both Celest and Magnagora in some amount of time...they got the most people, and in a bit, they'll also have the most fighters, imbalance will strike just as it struck at the start, only will it strike harder now, since they got alchemy.

I was/am from Mhaldor, as well. At the begining of Lusternia, my first alt was an Orclach Ur'guard (wanted to make Orclach the elite of the Guard), but then I realized two people I knew were forestals... so I followed them. But trust me, being on the other side of the herb/elixir wasn't what lured me. I don't even harvest or ask for refills
Anyway, why would a Mhaldorian complain so much about an elixir ban on Lusternia? As if we weren't used to them already... or we didn't knew ways to make use of the blackmarket.

Evil Mhaldorians! -brandish-
Unknown2005-02-08 19:20:39
So far I have two serenwilders, a magnagoran, and a no city no guilder. Haven't tried Celest yet only cause I haven't explored the others as much as I wanted. What I don't like about Magnagora is the endless logs of
Whoever unblocked whomever then five seconds later
whoever blocked whoever
It's ridiculous being micromanaged like that, at least in serenwilde i've found that they usually trust you until you do something to betray that trust. Also in Magnagora theres tiers of some sort where you can draw this much power if you donated this much gold or this much essence. Can get favours if you meet these requirements. Way to anal retentive for me and I was a Mhaldorian in Achaea when Sartan would go zap, because you thought you might think something he wouldn't like. Side note, i've played just about every guild in achaea so generalizing Serenwilders as almost all pure mhaldorians looking for alchemy monopolies is crazy.

Celest + Magnagora's total membership score: 313.
It's officially, over 50% of the game now is Serenwilde. I guess they're the ones who aren't quiting, but does that have any relation to why others are?

Jello, why the heck are you hi-jacking your own thread when you started out complaining about Narsrim constant raiding of your villages and you and your inabilities to stop him? How does Serenwilders having more members than any of the other cities -have- anything to do with the fact you guys can't guard your own villages with all your guards? Simply put, learn how to defend your own villages and stop hijacking your own thread to complain about irrevelant topics that hold no bearings on the issue that you started.

Necromancy was only downgraded because of Daevos and Valek when people whined about them using thier skills. Its the common state of events.

I just want to say, that doesn't show much confidence in the intelligence of the administration. I remember during the war when it felt like Magnagora was getting everything they wanted handed to them on a silver platter, but clearly that was only an -illusion-. I would think that the divine take more time in deciding game balance than bowing to any insubstantiated whining.
If it were otherwise... we Moondancers would probably only have 'say' left to us.
By the way, I'm not a Mhaldorian. If that is an evil city, why would they turn forestal?
Shiri2005-02-09 15:30:32
It is an evil city, and the theory is that being so PO'd with the forestal monopoly on herbs AND elixirs Achaean forestals (Eleusis & Druids & non-Eleusian sentinels) had, and the way they hated Mhaldor because it was evil (I mean, come on, though, you can't blame them), they want to be on the good side of things for once.
...although then they could just have done so in Imperian, Aetolia, or hell, made an alt. It doesn't stand up to examination, really, because of that.

I could have -easily- burrowed away or teleported nexus in ALL the situations where I raided. However, I was feeling frisky and love to torment others so I'd let them sneak close to me and hide in my dryad tree only to see them weep that they could not knock me down. When it old, I'd leave. I sincerely wish I could ditch Wicca for Tarot at times because if I ever had hermit (no power cost) and catacombs... I'd be able to raid all your villages back-to-back-to-back instead of having to hike my butt there. If you think spores are a "problem"... maybe I should create a Celestine alt and show you true evil with Trueheal, Hermit, and Catacombs!
The question is answered - Narsrim is nothing but a Griefer.
