Go play imperian. Watch a wardancer, such as lepet, bash. He/she kills five times as much as anyone can, tanking with little effort. Now go look at some poor saboteur bashing, and realise this. Some guilds, in every IRE game, rock for bashing. Some suck at it. Irregardless of other things, this always stands.

Hell. For an RL year, bards on imperian could do 16x or so the damage to mobiles any other guild could in a given length of time. Not at huge cost either, with standard attacks, songs constantly healing them of hp, mana, willpower, AND endurance, a songbird doing that aswell, a further song removing afflictions, another boosting defense...
