Terenas does this. It works well given that aeon can actually hit but given that aeon is near useless unless you can aeon/anorexia (at least again me, you, tuek, and any decent fighter), this tactic is still mediocre.

You still have an insta-kill. Now if you want an ability that forces a person prone periodically (Tsunami) and one that gives stun (Jellies), then you should be willing to give up your insta-kill. Having abilities like that plus a very fast (only stopped by the person leaving the room) insta-kill would seriously overpower you. It would have to be insta-kill or the other two abilities, not insta-kill and the other two abilities, is all I am saying.

Oh, and your insta-kill is a bit more spectacular than the others. There are many threads were it is proven that the only way to avoid the skill is to leave the room. Paralysis, sleep, prone, entangled; bah nothing stops it once started. With the right set up, it is able to take out pretty much anyone who lacks tumble. So, I suggest you do not discount your insta-kill.

I agree that the mother + sprite are nice extra healing, but then again, Nihilists have syphon to get out vlock and Celestine have Stigmata.

I've had to agree with Narsrim in that Moon specialization is very limited. Lash is great and all, wane is mediocre, dark is utterly crap. It costs as much power as reality but lasts no where as long and can be cured by focus spirit, I'd rather have heretic/infidel that lasts at least 2 to 3 times as long and give many more afflictions in addition to being uncureable.

BTW- Focus body is 250 mana, not 150 Narsrim.

And Chasm is hands down the best instant kill all around since it requires no setup, costs only 3 powers, and only leaving the room or making the caster do something negates it. Why the hell are the Geomancer complaining? Yes, your demesne isn't that great, then again, do you expect it to kill people for you without lifting a finger? Use your illusions, runes, and chasm to kill your opponent, then see how good you are. You guys also have one of the best holding ability, stonewallm for stopping people leaving from Chasm, I wouldn't be complaining.

Ive had my censor.gif handed to me basicly from JUST a hartstone demense and I can cure quite well, and then Ive sat in Genos's Demense and just laughed at how weak it is; I may of had to chant puella after every 6 effects(provided I dont drink health!!)..

As for chasm, there is plenty of ways to get out, fly, hermit, spore, cata, KILL the person, its not like they can heal during it..

Nor is it like it's that easy to kill a person in 9 seconds. Spore = monolith. Fly = indoors. Hermit = also monolith. Cata =...well, not everyone has that.
