Skype was so fun. Got such a kick out of hearing someone (Shiri) talk from so far away. And an accent! *giggles* And, after much thought, I think he sounds somewhere around my lil' brother's age, 18-19 or so.

Ha! Agreed. Years ago m'family used to do driving trips for vacation so we've been up and down the East Coast and over and back the northern states (didn't reach the West Coast, though ...) and everyone understood us. I think there were even a few comments of where were we from and they were surprised we didn't have an accent or inflection or whatever.

I need to go lurk somewhere for long enough to develop an accent.

Meh, Skype hates my computer. My mic never seems to pick up my voice. So I'll stick with my cellphone *hides it*
