You can't "delete a vote", per se. At least, Mods can't, maybe Divine can. What you CAN do is fiddle with the numbers, but it doesn't keep track (you can raise them too, see) so someone who's voted once won't be able to vote again, even if the vote is removed. That's what happened on Silvanus' thread, anyway. I voted for Moondancers, then when he messed up the poll I went to vote for Serenguard. No dice.
