According to me, many who call those who purchase credits names like arti-whores do not support the game. If you read my post, did it said people not Ixion in the body of the post. So learn that just because the first sentence is directed towards one particular person, does not mean the next paragraph is.

its a strange term but one widely used around IRE. Questwhore, artiwhore, shieldwhore. Its the term people use when they wish they could do it themselves. Strange use of language yes, insulting, I'm not so sure.

Its like saying calling someone a Democrat is an insult. Its an insult if you are replublican, but a compliment if you are a democrat.

I would love to see an artifact auction here. So far I enjoyed those in Imperian, even though I never bought anything there but each time it was a lot of fun.
I would like to know how the Divine think about it.

It would be nice if trader bob decided to auction off a few artifacts,

If they were offering only existing or 'fun' artifacts, sure. But artie auctions tend to just make those who are already Gods even more Godly.

I believe we should sell cellphone artifacts! When used, it gives you +1 eq recovery - however, it gives you a 80% of going the wrong direction. Hah.

Cellphones would actually work like this:
Your tells will now work 100% of the time in a city, 50% of the time in a commune, and 0-25% of the time in the middle of nowhere. You will also be charged a rate of 10gp a minute during your conversations. The more expensive articellphones would be able to let you make sketches (provided you have sketch sheets) and send them to your friends, who must also own articellphones, and only if they're the same type. These artifacts have a decay rate of two years, and a real usefulness of one, before a cooler one comes out.

It's irrelevant. My mother buys the phone AND the plan, and pays for the next 4 years.
