And if you're invisible during the night, and invisible during the day...it means it's totally purposeless to have the distinction at all. Stick with camo.

Mmm... I have always considered Night as being the equivalent of Shroud. Tiger camouflage could be the equivalent of HIDE, and if Tiger could work during both day time and night time... it would be even more fantastic.
Shiri2005-03-05 20:01:21
Night both hides from QL AND hides from movement. If it only did one or the other, then tiger doing the other one would be good. (But it doesn't, so it wouldn't.)
Desdemona2005-03-05 20:07:22
Tiger would always keep working, Night would exist for extra concealment during night time. :>
Hurray for Tiger! Even when it doesn't exist.

We already have hide. It's nature camouflage.
Desdemona2005-03-05 23:39:10
In what skill is camouflage?
If you are talking about Night, I think that is more like concealment by Night's dark mantle.
I suggested that skill in Totems so even Serenguard can have it.

It's in Nature. Serenguard don't have it, you're right. But adding something in totems would defeat the purpose of having it at all.
Desdemona2005-03-05 23:45:45
Not if you are a Serenguard. Then my guild would also benefit from the skill.
I would probably take Terenas' advice on learning High Magic, if it isn't that I'm a herbalist.

Lowmagic has a few nice things too.
But I have to say, when I think about what highmagic is about, and what lowmagic is about, and then think "which one should have a camouflage/hide skill"... I don't get the right answer.
