I still hate curses....atleast make it so it takes a little to go into effect. It sucks when someone can go curse me and remove my trans skills right away.

Hmm, I have a question regarding declare. If person A declared/attacked person B, and person B declares (shouldn't have) on person A and attack back. Person B ends up killing person A, person B doesn't get suspect right? But what happens when person A stopped attacking after the initial attack (perhaps got d/c), person B keeps on attacking and killed A, but person A's declare ran out before B made the killing blow. Would person A still get suspect?

Yes.
I'm under the impression that anytime you declare and kill someone you will get suspect, even if you otherwise wouldn't if you didn't declare.
You shouldn't automatically declare people on the fly. Defend however is different and you shoould defend people as much as you can.

Declare will always get you suspected in PK restricted zones, no exceptions. So it is important to never use the command "declare".

While we're talking about this, there is a problem as I see it:
Demesne's only attack if you declare on your enemy. If I see my enemy enter my demesne, I don't know if they've declared on me and are coming to kill me or not. Could the sense ability of all demesnes perhaps be upgraded to tell if the demesne is aggressive towards someone?
