As everyone may be noticing, any ethereal forests created by Hartstone (melded or unmelded) now disappear when they quit.

This is a rather disturbing development... could we get confirmation this is a bug and not a change of the skill?

Well, it looks like forest created before a certain time is remaining, but I've tested it and whatever I create now disappears immediately when I quit.

Are Aquamancers and Geomancers having the same problem?

Edit: And that would be me, Guido. I'm too scared to go look... though I think certain parts of it were already removed anyway.

I just wandered through most of Glomdoring and didn't see one 'pure' room. Muhah.

You don't have to quit for it to be gone, I have forested a number of locations and not left, however I have returned later to find the forest gone.

It is the same for aquamancers and most likely geomancers...I noticed it on Astral when Aquarius got watered.....some hours later it was all gone.....maybe it is a new bug thanks to the rapture-'upgrade'.

Yesterday I flooded and demesned all of Southgard. It took like 40% reserves to do so.

All gone.

EDIT: And yes, it does seem to go when you log out. I flooded a room in Southgard and logged out to test, when I logged back in 10 seconds later it was gone.

Yeah, same thing for Geomancers. I Tainted part of Acknor left, came back in about an hour and it was gone. Ixchilgal Tainted all of Acknor, disconnected and came back and no more Taint in Acknor. So that wasted about 40% reserves or so...

I had around 244 rooms of Glomdoring purified at one stage. *sniffle*

I hope it's fixed soon. We need those villages of ours forested! Mwahah.
