The first pic looks really nice, but probably not something that's easy to refer to in a hurry. Voted for stickman just because

It's easy to get bored of a picture if it's always on your screen. The best way to get around this, in my mind, is to use a picture of a naked woman for body damage.

Say the picture is clutterd, but to say its not easy to refer to doesn't make sense since the buttons get placed ontop of the image and it become obvious.

I vote for the stick dude, if he makes it I may change back to Zmud.....

If its for project Z then its simple - provide it with a blank spot, tailor the images so they all fit in the same area and the buttons are okay and then just let them put the image they like in the right path.
