Hmm, so hunting >> influencing. Very odd... *resists urge to hijack into racial rights*
Edit: I have to agree with the general consensus here. Because an area is the best for hunting doesn't grant you special rights when in it. At least when hunting you are prepared for combat of some kind. Walking down the highway you might not be.

EDIT: However, Brona is not a griefer because nor Murphy, Daganev, Bricriu, Drago, etc... will say so because killing novices and tortmenting non-combatants in efforts to spite others to the point of making them want to quit Lusternia is not griefing. That was just good clean fun, right?
I've neither supported your claim, nor defended Brona, because I've never called you a Griefer. Cander was a griefer.

If you kill people on Prime, the Astral is not a getaway free card. If you want to be safe after from retribution for your actions on Prime or elsewhere, stay in a city.
There's a difference between retribution (you were attacked by me in an area I didn't really have a reason to) and revenge (you killed me while I was raiding Angkrag). That said, I agree with Murphy to an extent I personally wouldn't jump someone while they were hunting on Astral, nor would Drago, he considers the creatures there to be a much bigger threat then some Celestine who's running around killing the creatures as well.
However, I feel there needs to be a "high level bashing area" which isn't open pk, but somewhere that's tough enough that you'd have to seriously consider your chances going there (ie, creature attacks aren't blockable by putrefaction/numen or are only blocked by natural resistances, resiliance, magic etc).
On the other hand, why should someone have a safe place to become a Titan? If you want to get a high level, you need to face the dangers (which could be my first idea of mobs who's damage isn't reduced by anything much at all, or players wanting to kill you while you're on Astral).
Personally, earth(water)/sewers is a much better place for bashing until you're up above level 65-70ish, especially when you add in power supply for your city. Sure, its gold might not be too flash (but still enough to cover refills) but there's less chance of you being jumped because they are, usually, harder to get to by the people that want to kill you.
My opinion really does jump all over the place.

Gregori is a griefer cause he doesn't share said cookies

I only kill people on Astral when I have a good reason to, someone recently had a bounty of sorts put on their head and seemed to think they were exempt from being killed because they were bashing on Astral. I've been jumped on Astral plenty of times and I don't have a problem with it.

I generally dislike it when people draw their wars to the Astral plane. It is not that I don't understand it and Tuek is right when he says that you cannot expect to be safe on Astral from retaliation after you killed someone on Prime. On the other hand though I think that except for some very few people noone lives on Astral and those who involve themselves in PK quite a lot rarely stay on Astral for long, so they will return eventually.
I hope the peace that has existed so far will remain.

What annoys me is that people like Marsu go around summoning people on astral while shrouded. People realise who it is and then Marsu just leaves astral before people can retaliate. What a coward.

I agree that jumping on somebody while bashing is lame from an ooc perspective. From an IC view, and in cases like Murphy who has a ton of enemies and could make a necklace of all the ears he has cut of other people, if I was able to kill him and felt it was my duty (champion) and I knew that a) he was distracted we're avenger free, I would jump without a second doubt.
Asking to be left alone in Astral should come after all the people who asks to be left alone in PRIME where it was supposed to be less pk, is satisfied.

Nothing can be done about it, but it's really irritating when you're jumped while bashing on astral for absolutely no reason. Unless someone considers you just being from another city enough reason. But hey, actually there's no reason needed! It's PK free and that's it.
Nobody should be safe from retaliation there, true.
And now when I think about it, I wonder what will happen when someone's going to be close to Titan (let's say, level 98). Team hunting? I mean, Celest wouldn't probably allow any Magnagoran to gain such a power, and vice versa. Not sure about Serens...

That's a big negative. Two to three astral denizens can be killed in the time it takes to influence even one denizen, with chanters.
