I was just jumped by Ialie on Spectre for defiling a shrine there, and when I killed her for it, *I* got suspect. She declared first. This is the same thing with all territory. We can't defend ourselves without getting suspect. I'm enemied to Ladantine since I was a Celestine. Estarra's stated this is a bug, and shouldn't happen. Fix it, please!

This actually was fixed today. Perhaps you got in the fight shortly before it was loaded. This took much longer to fix because I had some other things to attend to that kept me away from the compiler. So the fix: you don't need to declare people who come out swinging against you first when you are in enemy territory.

So, just to clear things up, since people are saying Yay and Nay...

If say, Kaervas slaughters Narsrim for trying to raid Acknor, is he going to get suspect status? Or no?

If Kaervas attacks Narsrim in Acknor and kills Narsrim, no. If Kaervas attacks Narsrim and Narsrim kills him, no. If Narsrim jumps Kaervas in Acknor, yes Kaervas will get suspect on Narsrim.

But, not to sound ungrateful. Thanks. I'm glad it got fixed. Just hope those suspects aren't used for curses, but my list is small anyway.
