What was his Punishment and what was it for?

Paying Ixchilgal back for every time he died. Being demoted to gr2. Losing Fatale Status. Losing Thrall privs. Being demoted to cr1.
Richter2005-03-14 19:37:51
Harsh, but fitting, and within Magnagoran RP.
Erion2005-03-14 20:08:17
Richter! Gimme money!
Sekreh2005-03-14 21:04:01
Meh, I'm sorry to see you go
OOCly, every realm needs its interesting characters that break the monotony, which is the source of burnout for a lot of people. Yrael definitely kept me on my toes for a while.

Oh, christ. I very, very carefully make sure not to mention any names, or anything related to it except a 'problem'.. So I'll just make a blanket statement: Bricriu, Ixchilgal: :censor:off and die. Now, thats out of the way with. And no, I didnt know it'd happen to Ixchilgal over and over again, Bricriu. I'm not a griefing idiot. Most days.
Kaervas2005-03-14 21:19:15
Nooo don't leave
Ethelon2005-03-15 02:09:04
Gonna miss ya Yrael, peace
Unknown2005-03-15 02:09:41
Aww...toodles, Yrael.
Can I have your loot?
Can I have your loot?
Shamarah2005-03-15 02:17:19
See ya. I'll always have that fond memory of you teleporting to me, ghosting, and promptly drowning, even if I did lose the log.
Malicia2005-03-15 02:45:08
Don't quit Yrael. Join Celest and fight against the taint that would dare to oppress you! *sparkle*
And if not, I'll miss you too.

Eww, join Serenwilde and be all touchy feeling with them

At least the experience loss from dying like that is fairly low each time, only a few %. And if the victim was on his/her toes, would only die a couple of times before disconnecting, making the whole thing less of a loss than just killing the person outside the city. I don't see any mention in the city log about Ix actually being enemied to the city for this, rather than just being hated by the guards he kicked, and that would be cleared by disconnecting.
However, Magnagoran law does say anyone who slays a city member is to be branded an enemy, so...can't really say you guys are wrong in that decision, the law is quite clear.
Can say, though, I'll miss you. I realize not many people agree with this, but I found Yrael one of the few nice people in Lusternia.

YRAEL, NICE? O.O
Kaari2005-03-15 02:51:09
Like I said, not many people agree with that. But yeah.

Guards will defend eachother. One kick will NOT kill a Marshal, but, it will turn all of them at that location against you. We usually keep a fair amount of guards at the Megalith - let's say, a dozen. More than enough to kill someone over, and over, and over again, especially since when you conglutinate, you'll have no defense up.
So, Ixchilgal can die a good dozen times before he manages to get away from those guards who force him to die, come back, and then force him to repeat the process.
I'm sorry you feel slighted Yrael, because you were not. You didn't get nearly what you deserved for your actions. Just be glad we didn't carcer off the area, eye sigil the surrounding places, and then force YOU to kick a guard.

Deafness, ghost, catacombs.. varied ways I could have ducked out of the city. And I'd be doing this anyway. At any rate, would a mod lock this thread? Its a wee bit off course, now. You know, since it was originally to say 'Buh bye' to my adoring public.
Icarus2005-03-15 08:26:48
I think it's quite clever and funny
Too bad the Ixhiclag (or whatever) did not think so.
All I can say is that Lusternia would be a lot less interesting without you, Yrael.

It's one hell of a name, yeah, Ixchilgal. It's in help Geomancers though, so that helps.
EDIT: Missed the lock pointer from Yrael. Locked.
