As we have two new Gods, and as someone mentioned it before, I think one of them should be the God of Rogues. Lusternia has a healthy rogue community of good RPers, fighters and merchants. Why not give them a God? Perhaps he or she could live in Deepnight with Richter *I'm gonna plug deepnight until I'm offered a free room *

Auseklis.
Shiri2005-03-14 20:54:45
Because Lusternia doesn't support rogues.

I think Lusternia's efforts to not have rogues paid off better than expected. Few rogues, the ones we do have offer to the game. Give 'em a God as reward!
Ialie2005-03-14 20:56:32
Wouldn't Lacostian sort of fit?
Unknown2005-03-14 20:57:26
What's the point? If their opinions don't revolve around the current Gods in any way then they're obviously not trying hard.
Just because people leave a guild and their city/commune doesn't mean they need a God to say "Woot Rogues!"
I should be asleep...

Rogues are not encouraged in this game, and as such, won't really have a god, I believe. Though I -did- ask Buho to patron Deepnight...
And no, no free room.
Lacostian is somewhat rogue-ish, I suppose, since much of Celest dislikes him. But I have a feeling I know who both the new gods will affiliate themselves with.
Just think, eventually we will have six places of residence in the basin, hmm?
Since rogues are not encouraged, at this point at least, they will both join something. I know the administration has some wonderful RP going for us all, they always do!

Ricther, enough with the siganture with me in it... geez! Anyways, the reason why he left the city of celest, he was a netural god and a war against the taint.. we could not afford a netural god who doesn't hate it.

Lusternian Gods do not have realms.
Daganev2005-03-14 21:56:17
Auseklis is known as the wanderer you know. And gods have personalities not "realms" as Lisarea just said.
Richter2005-03-14 22:23:23
You have four small lines in my signature because you were annoying and immature when the new god appeared. Over and over again. I'll change it when I find something better, which is usually a day or so.
And I know they don't have realms, or whatnot, but they -are- patrons. Aye?

Besides, didn't Lacostian close his order?
Richter2005-03-15 21:28:40
I think so.
Desdemona2005-03-15 22:01:08
Rogue god? That would be nice. As long as he demanded all his rogue followers to sacrifice themselves for Him once a year or else He would personally go killing them. Yep, make the rogues feel cozy with their own god.

Oooh, what did he say? (If anything)

Only if the rest of the gods do it too
Desdemona2005-03-16 01:20:15
Nope. Rest of the Gods are Patrons, they have maaaany supporters. Rogues are pariah, they need to sacrifice themselves to compensate their lack of number and devotion.
Summer2005-03-16 02:39:25
Psh, isn't the quantity that counts. It's the quality.
Desdemona2005-03-16 02:49:40
Yep, that too. And a pariah isn't good quality at all... dirty, dirty rogues.
Auseklis2005-03-16 08:50:59
I'm surprised how few rogues have sought me out, considering I have a rogue-ish outlook on things. I guess there just aren't that many (or they're all working towards starting up some city or other).
Summer2005-03-16 10:23:27
Oh well, this particular rogue is more inclined towards Fain / Raezon. Despite the taint, They seem rather... nicer.
