You put it up, and it prevents the next fear attack but is stripped.

Rubeus isn't one shot..as far as I am aware. I will test it when I get home.

Its not one shot, every time it blocks a fear, it has a chance of wearing off. It just tends to wear off quick.

Can't demons fear too? Baldaazeen and Angels both can in Achaea, so I'm guessing demons can here too.
