I don't think that instakills work on the Divine, fire or not.

Back in Achaea as Ashtan's culture min, I'd gotten a Divine vs Mortal FFA set up with most of the city against Matsuhama and Makali - with fire down, you couldn't get puppets at all, or use jack in the box, for example, nor would Death tarot work.

It was still fun as all hells to spam throwing Stars though, as a Trans-tarot Raja.
