Much as bad spelling bothers me, it's hardly a huge issue. (I understand that Llexyn just thought it was amusing and it was blown totally out of proportion, but I might be wrong.)

Bad spelling IS a mortal sin. Anyone caught with the slightest error in both their spelling and grammar should become close acquaintaces with the pillory. A spelling mistake is a complete and utter violation of language, ethics, moral and by no means is it adequate standard for a proffesional environment. Of all possible haphazards man is able to commit an imperfection in spelling should be the most condemnable act. This of course, due to the poisoning of the public eye which coerces through one's very own writing.

It is for this reason that I apologize to everyone for being human, and ask if it is yet my turn in the pillory ?

Psh, really... Why make a big issue about spelling? At least where it isn't essential. Hajamin, according to announce, is a coder and a God... So let Him make all the spelling mistakes He wants and stick to coding. It is okay if you value good spelling and grammar very much, but it is extraordinarily foolish to make fun out of people you notice are imperfect at both of those things.

If you got a business document with a spelling mistake, you'd think it unprofessional and maybe not do business with them. You wouldn't publicly mock the company or person. That's just unnecessary.

You can start the spanking, then. I feel content in seeing that one small typo after arguing for a long time in the wee hours of the morning, adding in that I'm also not a Divine.
