For not being able to influence, you guys sure spent a lot of time in there last time I was around during influencing. I should know, I was hammering my moonburst alias hoping to catch someone actually outside.

Positive. They pat you condescendingly on the head if you're from Mag and try to influence them (the people in the chateau).

That is not an org-specific response. The only time it does that is if it can't be influenced by anyone. Perhaps the problem is that they should be influenceable, but it if it is a bug, this would impact all cities equally.
