Mmmm.

Sweet, sweet sarcasm.

There's another fun use for Posess that I can think up, unfortunately I don't have it yet, but I plan to get it soon.

No, I'm not telling what it is smile.gif

Posts like this annoy me greatly. Either say the use, or keep quiet. The only purpose I can see in that was to make others think "Ooh, Shamarah's thought of some fun use for Possess but won't tell us. He must be really clever!"

huh.gif
Shamarah2005-03-21 00:00:33
If you haven't thought of it yet, you don't deserve to know. biggrin.gif
Thorgal2005-03-21 00:01:41
I know it, but I won't tell it.

I also, after some testing, just found out how to nearly instantly kill any dreamweaver...

But I won't say how.
Ceres2005-03-21 01:00:32
I know how to make myself divine.

Not telling how.

*Shrugs*

Our guild can't be held responsible if he breaks the rules of the guild, then leaves because he was punished for it.

Similarly, it's not -our- fault that we held no love for him after his actions, and felt no pressing urge to beg him to stay.

Which leads up to his failure to forget his skills, which is a big part of why he was enemied.

And lastly, on the subject of being betrayed by Llexyn...she's a Guild Master. She has more than herself, and her immediate family to think of. Silvanus was in the wrong. I think it says a -lot- for her loyalty to him that she didn't outguild, and enemy him herself, both of which I would have done had I been in charge.

But then, I do tend to overreact at times.

Poor Silvanus.

Your guilds always seem to screw you over.

I just read back some posts, trying to figure out why Ixchilgal was talking about Silvanus just now. So I read that. Hahaha. If only you knew.

Some geomancers are great (most of them apparently have left the game already). But the guild as a whole is completely stupid.
Bricriu2005-03-21 01:27:35
I've found I like most of the people in the Geomancers, as people, anyhow - their characters can peeve you off a bit, though, but that goes for EVERYONE.

I know Briclet has made more than her share of steaming ears, before.
Silvanus2005-03-21 01:35:02
I'd really love to see any Geomancer attempt to force me to forget my skills. Before Revan became Champion, I was able to kill him pretty easily, but that staff made his damage like 400 damage more sad.gif
Revan2005-03-21 06:03:57
Dude, you couldn't kill me easily. We could only tie against each other.
Ceres2005-03-21 10:05:06
BEHOLD! TREMBLE BEFORE THE MIGHT OF REVAN!

Just because you can't fight me, Ceres, doesn't mean you have to get jealous.
Unknown2005-03-21 10:57:54
Ohh i've found one problem with Dreamweaving, Annoying annoying Aqua Novices can sit in the Newbie Portals, sleep, go into dreams, come through the portals, attack you and you cant actually hurt them back well bodily anyway and they run as soon as you sleep yourself mad.gif
Shamarah2005-03-21 12:06:47
The biggest problem I have with dreamweaving right now is that Aquamancers have their demesnes in the water. If a room is natural water, however (ie. can be melded without being flooded) we can't fall asleep in it, because you can't sleep in water like that. And this, of course, means that we can't go into dreambody in our demesnes except by going into it outside and floating in. So, to allow for this, I suggest an addendum be added to Waterbourne in Aquamancy:

Your affinity to water is so great that you can survive within it no matter what the circumstances, even if it is stilled, and your comfort with water is so great that you can fall asleep within it.
Hajamin2005-03-21 13:28:25
Now why would you want to leave your completely defenceless body in an open place like your demesne...
Roul2005-03-21 13:37:01
Is the Pool of Stars on the Water Plane in the water? Or is it on an island? I can't remember.

If its in water, then you can sleep there and have it be part of your demesne, and have the guards that you can have now. Unless that's only for cosmic, or something. I don't know. I'll stop rambling.

I killed you when you didn't use chasm, actually.
Sylphas2005-03-21 17:11:14
You think that's bad? I can fall asleep in trees, but if I come down out of them, there's no way back to my body short of coalesce/bodysnap. Which really sucks when you just reforested all of Stewartsville and have absolutely no power left.

Let dreambodies climb!
Ialie2005-03-21 17:47:43
Let dreambodies enter portals *innocent*

You won by sheer luck, Ceres. Don't overrate yourself. I can kill you again if you'd like
Shamarah2005-03-21 21:46:37
For the reason that Roul said, Hajamin. There is no land on the water plane. The only way I was able to get into dreambody there was to dreambody on Celestia or Prime, and then dreamweave link someone and ask them to go to Water.
