They can't? News to me. I certaintly was able to enemy while I was only security.

Well, I thought so too, as security, but it turns out that's an undersec priv - Vix can do it, Narsrim can't.

Guild enemy, not City enemy right? Security should be able to do both in my opinion. It doesn't make sense that undersecretaries can guild enemy.

Maybe its a recent bug? I'm 99% sure that Koan guild enemied people when he was security, and I thought I remembered it being on my privs list before I got into the secretary business too. Guess I could be wrong though.

Anyway, yes Tuek, Narsrim could commune enemy, but not guild enemy, which was ironic.
