Then ask if, say, Sacraments needs downgrades, Amaru...? If people who fight Moon aren't interested in it, then people who fight Sacraments won't be interested in that either.

Well, you'd think that, but that obviously isn't how this turned out. I doubt NO Magnagorans/Celestians voted on this. Only 3 out of 26 voted differently. That's got to have SOME basis in fact, even taking into account personal bias.

Sacraments needs upgrades.

Trueheal should work when you're stunned, and the prismatic barrier should last until you choose to take it down.

Inquisition shouldn't take power.

Numen should last an hour.

Judgement should be instant.

You forgot taking the cost for judgement down to 2 power, and making it local-area.

Moon at least has some skills I used on a regular basis (Waxing, Moonbeam, Resurgem, Drawdown, Aura, Waning). Stag has Stagform and Staghide that I use regularly. I could forget Stag completely, and not really notice the difference.
