See I'd say the Magnagoran classes are just as good. And I think Nihilists have just as much potential as Celestines, but none of them can fight for . Shackles, paralysis and soulless? Come on...

Umm, you're right about the first part, celestines aren't the best pvp class in Lusternia, their only edge, just like paladins, is Inquisition.

But whoring shackles, paralysis and soulless isn't the same as whoring stun, paralysis and soulless, or just whoring heretic over and over untill you pull off an inquisition?

If that is being skillless by your standards, you condemn yourself to skilllessness too, which would be rubbish, archetypes in Lusternia have a pretty limited range of tactics to defeat your enemy, because unlike in achaea, combat/weaponry isn't worth anything offensive for a non-warrior.

For example, unlike Absolve, Wrack is useless, which leaves us with two other options, damage or Soulless, and unless you're an artied up mugwump moondancer or a knight with elemental blades, damage is not an option against anyone remotely tanky...leaves a nihilist with only Soulless.

The only way a Nihilist can kill anyone decent, is Soulless, pretty obvious, so if a nihilist that only tries going for that one option, is skillless, what do you propose as alternative? Absolve works, judgement works, soulless works, three options for you, one option for a nihilist .

That's what I'm saying. Nihilists are potentially the combat equals of Celestines.

Celestines are the best of the guardians....

Thats way better than wrack, or toadcurse for that matter, Nihilists are ok, but shackles and pasalysis and soulless don't sure as well as paralysis stun soulless. paralysis-stun leaves them unable to focusbody for another second or so cause of the stun

you just evoke tipheret and focusbody, then leave the room. Celestines are better than nihilists skillset wise, even if by only a bit.

I've always said amaru uses every skill he has to its fullest potential in synergy with the other skills, but i still maintain celestines are best for 1v1, and I'm waiting to be proven otherwise.

even hemiplegy and paralysis is just kombu focusbody, its not that good, really.

Paralysis - Paralysis
Soulless - Soulless
Inquisition - Hrm..

Absolve is useless for 1v1 since amissio is so hopeless.

Try wrack, if you find Absolve useless, add another requirement to it, just try and get someone below half mana long enough with amissio, and keep them entangled long enough to pull off Wrack.

Anyone can summer or tipheret, making it impossible using our trans primary skill.

If Wrack worked like Absolve does, I'd kill you a lot more often As it is, anyone can just summer/tipharet and stop me from killing them indefinatly, unless I'm lucky enough to get them stunned, unconcious and aeoned just before I web/hangedman them.

As for the hangedman game: Its Lich, duh. You know, the thing that makes Necromancer's "really good" in combat.

Amissio is the exact same as leech, but I doubt you'd commit to saying wrack is useless 1v1 Amaru.
