Southern Star Endemol has decided to threaten legal action against the web space provider of Behind Big Brother.com. Last year the site was pretty much the only reason I watched the show, but with it gone this year, I don't see the point in watching..
A lot of you probably wouldn't watch anyway, but if you were thinking of watching, boycott the show!

Oh and while we are at it, boycott Australian Idol - what right does Kyle (from the aus-stereo network pile of garbage) have to think he knows about decent music when his job consists of kissing as much ass as possible and when going down on anyone he can't asskiss. He is the "nasty" judge yeah right - even stoners who can't sing like Frenzal Rhomb outwit him.

I've always boycotted American and Australian Idol. Whenever my sister wanted to watch it, I went and turned on every electrical appliance in the house to try blow the fuse box.

Why stop at just Big Brother and Reality TV? Lets block out Sitcoms, while we're at it. Raymond, especially. His nasal, maddening, unfunny voice and jokes somehow manage to penetrate every channel (Even SBS) and have burrowed into my mind, setting up a home and slowly destroying what little intelligence I had remaining. Screw it, lets just boycott all the annoying Yank shows. Oh, wait, I forgot. That is Australian TV these days. Miserable pricks.

Hoooooly crap.. Yeah, Raymond is horrible, as are a lot of other American shows.. But the only Aussie shows I've ever REALLY liked were Farscape, Water Rats and Good News Week... So crappy shows are an international things, but since America puts so much money into TV and make so many shows, they have a higher number of bad shows.

Farscape really was a good show. Did you all catch the ending miniseries? That was crazy. And when there was two John Crichtons, and one of them died, and I was like "OMG WTF THERES NO WAY HE DIED" (but I didn't know there were two of them, at the time. lol I had missed the show before.

As far as US TV goes, I agree. There's so much stupid crap nowadays. And I don't know how it is over in Australia, but we get ads for the stupid crap shows (along with all sorts of junk you'll never want or need) every 3 minutes. It makes me want to kill. I only watch a few shows. House M.D., Lost, Johnny Zero (which got pulled, unfortunately, was a great show), and Survivor (can't help it. lol i know it sux). Other than that, there's nothing good on, ever. =/

What I really hate is the Australian versions of American shows. Aussie Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.. Aussie Idol, ect. Horrible horrible stuff.

lol Sad thing is, those two things you just mentioned, the American versions... are Americanized versions of the original British shows. =/
