Some suggestions

1- Give Mages/Druids a syntax similar to IR for rifts or DL for Tarot decks, but for runebags and dreamcatcher so they can monitor their supplies easier.

2- Allow Potionlist to sort by vial types. So POTIONLIST HEALING would list only your healing vials.

3- Foods should not be used up inside the arena, or hunger abilities should not function in there. It doesn't make sense that herbs, potions, runes, tarots, etc. do not get used up, but foods and spices do.

4- Selfishness should stop attempts to empty vials, you are a selfish bastard afterall.

5- Costly feats (8 powers to 10 powers) should not be forceable, pretty self-explanatory.

1) Empathy (Influence skill): At a cost of 10p, you may wholeheartedly devote yourself to your loyals. All damage dealt to them is instead magically redirected to you so long as both entity is in the same room as you.

2) Song of Faethorn (Wicca skill), 10p: Call out to your loyal Fae allies who are natives of Faethorn (this would currently be all Fae for Moondancers except the Mother/Maiden/Crone) and instantly summon them to your side.

Good ideas all round, but this one I really think needs something doing to. Isn't there some way the game can like, preserve the state of a character going INTO the arena, then put him right back when he comes out? Not ONLY things like dilute/shieldsmash/hunger attackss/dwarf rune things, but losing defences/faeries/whatevers that cost power when you lose in the arena thoroughly annoys me.

Also gaining the same. I agree, but I bet it'd be a coding nightmare; snapshotting a person might not be too bad, but snapshotting all their equipment could be difficult.

Um... RBL? DCL?
I know for sure RBL exists.

DRL exists.

It'd be nice to have DL/DRL/RBL in the Cardpacks/Runebags/Dreamcatchers AB file, though.

I like the first, the second is a guild specific ability though, that's for Envoy report! pound.gif

I wouldn't call that 10p, the empathy one. I'd have it as a combat skill or something.

Right, though, it needs doing. I hate people killing my crones and stuff, and I can't stop them. dry.gif

I suppose if I were going to be a real jerk, I could say, if your job is to protect them, not vice versa, you could stop it by not asking to go into dangerous situations and fight for you. harhar1.gif

But then you'd start in about the pointed sticks again, right? So I won't say that, nosireebob.
Shiri2005-03-28 23:01:54
Darn right I would.

And yeah, then what I have is moonburst, lash, and toadcurse.

Yeah, I'm so going to win that one. dry.gif
