This was about a ten page thread before.
Some said that it was because of "spiritual connections" or some stuff that you could not have your own manse pentagram, but we shot that down when we had someone from one city enchant in another. Still waiting for manse pentagrams, since we shot down the argument. I think.
As for alembics, there was the matter of only serenwilde having them. Of course, only serenwilders would still be able to use them (duh) but they'd be in manses. This debate was never solved, though we all more or less agreed that once Glomdoring got an alembic (or, if, I guess), there would be no more reason to not have one of those rooms.
If you look at the Merchant's Guild rooms on my map... I have rooms for a jeweler's bench, tailor's bench, oven, forge, herb room, art and poison rooms, and... one for each an alembic and a pentagram.
One can hope, no?

Same for art, as far as I know. (And what the Nil would you do in a herb room? That one doesn't even make sense.)

Oh, I didn't mean miniatures, I meant that I had rooms for those merchants as well. There is an art room, and to the down will be the shadowy poisons room. No real need for them, but there is no need for pretty much anything there. Rp!
