This is a pretty fun game, though I don't quite see where all the addictiveness comes from (Real Life Comics).. Anyway, I rented it for a week, and I think I might get it off ebay if I can find it inexpensively.
I'm glad that the save games are hardware with my PS2 and not with the CD like the N64.

If you're a die-hard FF freak, or want to see Yuna/Rikku in almost no clothing, then buy it.. Its not really worth it though.

X-2 isn't that important, but if you want something extra to play and can find it for a decent price I'd go for it.

Now I'm just waiting for XII.

Have you guys seen the screens for XII yet In the USA or Europe? They have them here in Thailand you buy these cheap vcd's with the promo material on them, like the things they show at tradeshows and It expo's in Japan.
I got one for RO2... that looks great.. kind of like a MMORPG or Xenosaga... without the coolness of Xenosaga... O.o
What happened to the Main Character Designers for Squenix? Tidus... then this guy for XII... I'm beginning to wonder here.

Yeah, the character designs are starting to irk me too. I admit they look like Ivalice people and all, but... I'll give it time. I watched the preview movies (www.ff12.com), but meh.

Vaan and that other guy, not the gun one, will be the wet dreams of many yaoi fangirls for a long, long time.

FFX was great. I liked the storyline but X-2 sucked royally.

FFX is awesome. I totally love it. Auron is awesome. I just hate AuronxRikku pairings. Talk about nasty...well I won't go into it.

X-2 is...bleh, the name is escaping me. Personally, I found it VERY fun. I've been on strike on it though after my brother saved over my game accidentally when I was at the last boss >.>, but yeah. I'll beat it someday. Probably because Rikku is one of my favorite characters of all time, and Paine kicks ass. And the fact I got to play as girls instead of a man really made it better. Oh, and Gippal and Baralai...*drools over CG characters*. I mean, I found it fun. It's not like it's the best game out there, and I am pretty easy to please, but I liked it.

I've been keeping up with FFXII and seen most of the movies out there on the internet. Everytime I see them my jaw drops. It looks AWESOME, despite the fact that one of the main characters looks a tad like Yuna, but I'll get over it. Square-Enix continues to amaze me.

Veo, stop trying to stick up for FFX-2. No one believes you. We all hate it.

Anyway, haven't been keeping up with FFXII...still waiting on DMC3 over here. :/ But I will eventually. (And just to taunt me, my brother brought back from a shop a bag with DMC3 on the front. I mean, that's just CRUEL. Little so and so.)

X-2 is the only Final Fantasy I haven't played non-stop right after I got it till I beat it. In fact, I got it a year ago, made it to the fourth act/stage/whatever it's called and stopped playing.

FFX is amazing...I managed to get all of my characters to like 30k HP and 99k damage every hit that's how much I played it.

X-2 has good graphic cinematics though, that's all I can say for it. Oh, and the Blitzball sucks major ass in it too (you don't even get to play).

Actually, I didn't mind FFX-2. Some parts of it could be a little repetetive or motononous for a sucky reward (The advertising or matchmaking game anyone), but the other parts made up for it, and the multiple endings thing was pretty cool too, and I hope they incorporate that into FFXII

Yeah! Rikku is so damned cute! I love her, specially the scene in the Thunder Planes where she jumps to the ground and starts scurrying around the ground to hide under Tidus' leg... Not to mention the scene when she turns up the second time and looks like she's getting nekkid.
I've only played up to (and beat) the annoying boss which keeps changing elements, and where you get Jecht's video cam thing, so I'm sure there's much more cute Rikku to come.


I like Auron too, if only for the fact that I keep asking, "What the hell is with that collar? And the arm? Are your muscles so damn heavy in that arm that you can't let it hang at your side?"
But his overpower thing (is that the word?) is so damned annoying. I think there's something wrong with my D-pad, cause I just can't get the sequence down.

Anything in particular or just a world-map? Maybe someone scanned them from the official walkthrough.

There's a worldmap in the game, for FFX, but by the time it matters you'll get the worldmap, and it's not like the other games, you just select a location and it beams you down.

EDIT: And I haven't been able to get Fatal Frame 2. Prolly not out here. Did it ever come out on PC? I can probably find out someplace to get it if so.
