This would just be plain wrong, especially for Aslaran with 230+ rapiers. They could keep someone perpetually paralyzed throughout an entire fight. This is about as unbalancing as it goes, especially when you stack deepwound afflictions on it. Bad idea.

Why the hell not? It would cost around 800 credits, and you can only use it once per day. They had prismatic lyres that you could use in other realms as much as you liked, and the wand of reflections that created like 8 reflections once per day.
Give logical reasoning please? It wouldn't be that powerful at all, since DOZENS of people have these skills already, and can use them as often as they like.

Artifacts should be original, creative and flashy in an attempt to hide the fact you're directly paying to be stronger. That's why I hate weak attempts such as 'amulets which let you avoid web' or your idea of basically buying another class' skills. Where's the limit? Trans all skillsets for 10000cr?

Double chary afflictions then just hit them up with constant paralyse, make them prone so they can NEVER stand up, and then hit them till bashbrain
