Yeah, sorry, I loved that game.
However, you couldn't ever summon them, right?
Gwylifar2005-04-14 18:46:47
Spirit Net: Throw this at a target who is present in spirit form to trap them in the room for ten seconds. They can not leave the room by any means, comparable to a greater pentagram but only affecting that target. At the end of the ten seconds, the net falls to the ground where anyone can pick it up. Thus, someone other than you can take it if they're quick enough, preventing you from using it until it resets to you later (likely not during this fight).

Yes.
Using the conjuring skill.
Richter2005-04-14 19:15:56
Oh yeah. I never got that though, I was a hardcore warrior.
I wish my Morrowind arti weapon transferred to here.
It was a two handed daedric claymore, massive stats, and like a 90 point drain life on it. I almost could not be killed. Ever.

Pfft.
Trueflame and Hopesfire, biznatch.
And even without those, I could solo Almalexia + all Her Hands.
Naked.

I loved my glass breastplate with passive regeneration enchantments! (Enchanting was waaaaay too powerful.

I took on her guards one by one, trying to steal from one, so they wouldn't group attack.
Would be nice if we could see some of those kinds of items/artifacts here in Lusternia, I loved Morrowind's items.

They would be way ovarp0wardz.
Imagine Daevos wielding, like, Trueflame in one hand and Hopesfire in the other.
He'd one-hit Elohora.

Would be sort of messed up in conjuction with things like Soulless/Judgement etc.
Soll2005-04-15 06:33:30
You can't judge/soulless ghosts or dreambodies.
Elryn2005-04-15 06:52:16
How about the Shroud of Orlachmar, which allows you to influence the undead?
Also, I had a thought for the Lusternian novelty item (like the tophat):
The Cloak of Thorns. The cloak may be envenomed like weapons, taking one sip per layer. Anyone who tries to use any emote which touches the person (hug, snuggle, kiss, lick) will be pricked by one of the tiny thorns, delivering the top layer of venom. This does not count as an offensive action by the wearer.

I didn't realize he said spirits only, thought he meant people in general. Anyways, if it means dreamweavers and ghosts, I likey.
Soll2005-04-15 15:18:34
You can't initiate soulless, I meant, or any other insta-kill I can think of off the top of my head (Chasm, Toadcurse(kinda), Soulless, Judge, Absolve, Wrack, Sacrifice, etc) while in a non-corporeal form.

I have an idea.
Dagger of Annoyance: 5 credits
60 damage, 125 to-hit, 250 speed. Max venoms 5.
The ultimate in sheer annoyance. Worse than a rapier, but cheaper. And it's an artie weapon. Pokepokepokepokepoke.

I suggested a stiletto like that, only it held only one poison but had a 100% chance of delivery on a successful hit.

I have not only an idea, but a random idea!
A Rat-Shaped Compass - 50cr
Tells you how many rats are "left" in the room.
